The YMCA’s Learning and Career Development Center (LCDC) is the learning management system for YMCA staff across the nation. Your LINK and LCDC account are connected and use the same sign-on. In LCDC, you can search for leadership development or functional skill classes, add certifications, see your leadership certification progress, and much more!

LINK is the YMCA’s knowledge-sharing and social-networking platform designed to help Y staff across the Movement share knowledge and connect with one another in real time. A LINK community is an online space where staff and volunteers can share and learn from each other. It also contains resources you can use in your YMCA.
