The Louisville/Cincinnati Regional Hub is happy to provide Service Delivery support to our region. You can submit a request in 16 different functional areas. We will work to provide support by connecting to you to Service Delivery Partners (SDP), YMCA employees from across the Movement, who have functional expertise to help meet your needs. Requests can be quick questions or longer-term projects.

The Hub supports Service Delivery Projects in 16 different areas:

You can also access the Service Delivery Support Request Form directly from the YMCA LINK home page by using the Truck icon with the Service Delivery Support Request label located on the right side of your screen.
Once your form is received, the Louisville/Cincinnati Hub Team will reach out to you to discuss next steps.

A Service Delivery Partner is helping a Y to develop a marketing plan including social media schedules, resources and templates that staff can update.
A Service Delivery Partner is helping a Y develop an Annual Campaign strategy and tools.
A Service Delivery Partner helped a Y answer questions and amend processes for background checks to ensure accurate information in the hiring process.
A Service Delivery Partner helped a Y review their current policies, shared best practices and policy updates, and did a final review of a handbook.
A Service Delivery Partner, with the Alliance, offered sessions for the state aquatics leaders on competitive swim best practices.
